My longest Splatoon 3 day was 11h30m when Side Order released. Most other long days are Salmon Run with a few Splatfests/tourneys
My longest Splatoon 2 day was 11h45m on Mushroom vs Star. Lots more high hour count days with no trends (solo, league, salmon, etc.)
