In the 90s I used to own a flat on Leazes Terrace. Douglas Hall told me that he'd secured the rights to move it 100 yards eastwards. For 1 minute I believed him... Their proposed Castle Leazes stadium never felt like it would happen and I can't see SJP moving now either.

He's got a knack of scoring key goals at vital times. He's also pretty entertaining, some of his goals are worldies. I'd keep him, but you have to think that a decent offer might make us sell.
