Yessss kind of a grown out wolf cut, I'm guessing. Love that. Mine looked similar before I cut it. I do my own hair ngl, but I might go to someone after its grown out more cause its stressful to always cut/dye it myself. Its rainbow colored rn tho so thats fun

That's always so nice! 😭 Ive seen these little craft kit ideas. Like decorate a tin and put string/beads in it or put stickers and a mini notebook in it. Its very cute. I'm gonna do those this year for Xmas

It helps that I'm 30. The brain does heal with time with some PDs, and there is comfort in that. Ty for taking the time to listen 🩷 And OP, tysm for this thread. Its been eye opening for myself too, in regards to my potential mental cocktail.

specialize in them, at least.) Its difficult to seek help. But I saw my mother in myself and it scared me. I got sober and I work a 12 step program that helps me focus on how I can be there for others + I go to therapy. Thus, people are "shocked" I have cluster Bs. They wouldn't be 10 years ago

I want to add is that cluster Bs have historically been used to legally oppress ppl, especially in the prison system. Especially ASPD. All of these things, while difficult to put into remission without a lot of work, exist on a spectrum and are misunderstood even by clinicians (those who don't
