Bake in the 425 preheated Dutch oven for 35 minutes then remove the lid& top with that remaining handful of filling, mist loaf generously with water, bake for another 10 minutes, I 400 with convection on.

3 tblspn Gluten Powder
1 & 1/2 tsp salt
Filling
Up to 1 cup of your fave cheeses grated mixed w pinches of garlic & onion powder, fresh or dried herbs.
A bit different every time, depends what's around.
