I'm on the same boat. Unfortunately only through data. I've been collecting Jira data on my own Personal Knowledge database with links, when this years they call me more into the office, I will have data to compare. With companies we can't be emotional we need facts.

Depends on the reason for travelling. Digital nomadish here btw. If I rent a place and I know I'll be only sleeping and cooking. I'll give a preference to location than size. But if I have to work and also someone else comes with me. I prefer to work at a rental with more space.
