I'm not a bsky expert but from what I understand Starter packs are sort of like lists but they give people the option to follow everyone on the list and also pin any feeds in the pack where as a list acts slightly more like a feed. They're mostly used to allow people to mass follow groups

You should search around for starter packs on topics you're interested in. They are a curated lists of people to follow to keep up with a specific interest:)

I was also planning on making a starter pack once enough RL peeps came over, glad I wasn't alone in that thought 🤝

I don't know how strict you're being in terms of RLCS involvement but I've seen some creators and casters showing up here like @xakacross.bsky.social @widow.bsky.social and @vodible.bsky.social
