They turned out really well! The fries had a nice seasoning mix and were topped with Tzatziki and drizzle of honey Sriracha ketchup.

Oh man, a typical German "Mettbrötchen" (German minced pork meat with onions on a roll).
Mett is heavily regulated in Germany so it's safe to eat despite it being raw meat, and if I recall correctly, it's not allowed to contain more than 35% fat.
