I CAN be on public streets with a firearm on my person
The mere discovery of it on my person as law enforcement manhandles me to the ground DOES NOT GIVE THEM LICENSE TO EXECUTE ME!!!

It’s the official government line that the man ICE murdered in Minneapolis “approached USBP officers with a 9mm handgun,” prompting “defensive shots.” That is a provable lie. I agree, however—he was aiming a weapon at ICE. That weapon was an operational cell-phone camera, and they ended him for it.
