I noticed a lot of posts stating we dems are not doing anything. Protesting, boycotting, donating are all doing something. Deriding these efforts is not helping our cause, in fact these complaints act to diminish our efforts and curb our enthusiasm. I appreciate and applaud the actions of our groups
Lawrence O’Donnell just made the potential end of the shutdown make some sense. The defectors did get repubs to support snap funding longer than they wanted. The health care funding fight portion is not over. I have not given up yet on Schumer. People now see who fights for them

Musing again, I haven’t kept up on civics as much as I should, but I’m sure that the absence of a speaker of the house should trigger some mechanism to effect a replacement. Abdicating your seat is certainly a possibility our founders considered.

I am surprised that the Epstein files have not been uncovered by a hacker (scientific explorer). Maybe the legend of anonymous is overstated? Or, did I just issue a challenge 😎? Using the people’s healthcare and food as a pawn is not the America I know. Yeah, I just challenged them to do it!

I am an optimist, hopefully soon we will regain control of our government and at that time we need to have a list of the command structure of ice (before we dismantle it) to assure we don’t let any these sub-humans get free. This agency is totally out of control.

I’m going to state my opinion (like I don’t do that anyway) the Epstein files probably do have the felon in them. But without a democratic majority, other than seeing the truth, we can’t get rid of him. Support democrats up and down the ballot. With a majority we can stop the crazies. Good trouble!
