Our POV character starts with the baseline frame is that he and his team are successfully murdering their way through corrupt aristocrats. Really creative world and they were fun romps.

McClellan's Powder Mage books had a decent chunk of that, they're rip-roaring Hapsburg-esque mage aristocracy snorting gunpowder to blast things with telekinesis powers and remote explosions.

Yeah, I fixed my bloodwork for the most part and cut off the potential chances I had to get it covered by mine :( Had a prescription that I was just unable to get filled, could have done out of pocket but that's brutally expensive.
