Oh hell yeah. That reminds me that most of the diaper gunk was from the diaper cream etc.
On a side note I became deeply aware of just how much gunk a human body creates when I was a smallish sailing boat for a month. We had to squeegee the walls below deck everyday and they were always filthy.

Laundry stripping! We did that a couple times to our cloth diapers to get all the detergent build up out. That's probably mostly what you are seeing is just old detergent molecules.

I still avoid wearing rings after watching the mandatory ring injury safety videos from when I was an environmental inspector and that was just one digit being degloved.

There's an amazing martini bar in SF called Blondie's and they give you the whole shaker so you easily get 2-3 martinis. Gibson guy myself

They've solved this for dogs. My Garmin even has a dog activity to sync with their dog collar.
