For reference it was meant to be cleaning day yesterday and I had several urgent jobs to finish for work stuff and skipped ALL of it to finish a commission that I was meant to do *last year* and totally misjudged how long it would take and ended up awake with it til 3am. Today is going great 🙃

On days like this I always think back to the clinician telling me I have all the traits of someone with adhd but they're gonna hold off on diagnosis because they don't think I should be seeking medication because I'm managing well enough on my own. Oh mate if you could see me rn

I used to train AI as a job but quit because ethics and now whenever I write a poem and I'm stuck or wondering if it's bad, I just think back to the outputs those models would have if you asked them for a poem and think, well thank fuck it's not as god awful as that.

I hate how an artist's "success" in the fine art world depends on what they were able to charge last sale. I've seen £20 paintings that could easily go for £2000 if the artist had the wealth and connections to roll in those circles. Meaning, intent, execution, context < social status, wealth.

Was clearing up and found a decorative light I got from the pound shop for a craft stall ages ago that I'd forgotten about. Put it up in my bedroom and my room looks super cosy now 😁

He used to fluff up and make the cutest little croaky noises when he was having a cuddle. Even when he was like 20 yo and he had cataracts and less energy and such he still loved having a cuddle and a fuss ❤️

I love how my feed on here is like 50/50 between sfw art and political commentary/activism and then just occasionally someone's like lol, I drew godzilla with tiddiez. And you never know which side it's gonna be from.

The gingerbread house we made for xmas was going to go bad so I ate like an entire wall and the sugar has made me feel like I both want to dance for three hours and hide under a blanket for three days. I can't do either. Wish me luck lol

The Soul… the source of spiritual energy within us all. SoulBound is a fantasy/horror YA novel series that follows Jaelyn in her journey of understanding the strength of her soul while in search of her siblings. The series is brought to life by long time friends Aaron Waseskuk (author, he/him) and Sascha Mendez (artist, any pronouns). The duo call back to manga/anime that have influenced them such as Naruto, Avatar: The Last Airbender and Sailor Moon. There are things in this universe we will never understand. We want results. Over the years, our team has earned the trust of the paranormal community. Working alongside some of the most professional people in the field, we capture proof of life beyond this mortal shell. We are the StarChasers, here to investigate the worlds beyond. Today, we have a special treat for all of our Super Nova followers on SponStar! Frank has secured us access to a once thought to be space vessel. The now infamous lost ship, the StarScream-09. Federation records indicate this ship was once registered to an elite group of fighters. Their cargo was a dangerous criminal known for utilizing dark mysticism. But, after many cycles, our team has not only located the StarScream but we've gained permission to board it. We will see if we can talk to the spirits of this lost crew or even the criminal himself. Let's go inside. Connor Fischer (World of Darkness, he/they) The right hand man to the prince of Frostheim (pirate city with Celtic & Norse origins). Their family serves at taking care of the darker side of politics because of this they never had many friends due to the stigma. However they are a skilled pirate (skilled in pistols, coordination & serving at First Mate) & help my group of hunters with their occult & medical knowledge. They use a mix of folk & modern medicines (using & creating) with some knowledge of magical healing. They have a love of ducks, have social anxiety, & have acidic blood due to a curse on their family line. They recently obtained a bracelet & set of rings that later was found to be a family relic weapon. Connor is still exploring all it can do. Kai Osprey (Pathfinder 2e Scoundrel Rogue w/Hag Sorcerer Dedication, they/them) My newest OC for the AP Abomination Vaults. They never knew their birth parents as their mother being a hag meant she ate their father. Their mother was killed by pirates who took her riches. While trading with the thieves guild of Otari (Osprey Club) it was found that within a chest of gold was a baby. The Osprey Club took in the child as their own, each acting as a parent to them. The Club argued over whose surname the child would take but the argument was settled by their leader Yinyasmera by deciding the new child would take the surname Osprey (after not only the guild but the river that runs through Otari).
