This is so perfect

Started playing video games again, and happy to report that my laptop is handling it well. Self-care has also been good today. I just hope I’m able to keep it up 🥲

Day idek - I'm okay. Survived a horrible bout of food poisoning (knocked me out for almost two days) but we're doing okay now. Slowly getting back into things!

Day 6 - Monday blues hit me hard today. I still did well at work though, so I think I'll see that as my win for the day.

Day 5 - Spent most of the day talking to a friend who needed me, then went grocery shopping. I’ve put this off a bit but finally got around to it. No workout today, but I am trying not to punish myself for it. I survived today, and sometimes that is enough :)

Day 4 - Recovery day so I didn't do any workout, but I did get chores done so I guess that counts? Laundry piled up a bit but I got a bunch done, tomorrow I'll finish the rest. Did some food prep and cleaning too. Still a good day all things considered
