This country was founded on “minority rule” first colonial governors, then landowners, then white men. The wealthy white male supremacists will always back those who obfuscate their struggle to control our economy

The main problem is that national news outlets are too close with national politicians to be truly critical or investigative. They crave access so much that they gaslight the public in what we all see in front of our own eyes.

In comparison, a similar bill was brought up before the House earlier this year. There was much less organizing against it and it got further then.
Today’s vote was a very different story. The attention + organizing played a role.
