Rebuilding a thumb from my childhood Recondo. A thread:
Filed the imperfections of the break point and, with a micro vise, made a hole in the hand, so I could use a piece of wire to reinforce it.
Also got a piece of sprue from a plastic model kit, in similar shape, so I could file it to form…

...and voilá! This way, the first/main Amiga button will be on button B, second one on button C and the third button on button A. For me at least, it's the most comfortable way.
