It's clear from his negotiations with Ukraine that Rubio is at least trying to give Ukraine a fair shake.

Actually there is a Ukraine discharge petition that already has 214 Democratic signatures. 218 are needed. Fitzpatrick is a Republican, and if Dems sign a new petition they only need 3 Republican house members to force a vote.
This is how they forced the Epstein files vote. Not entirely impossible.
