What's really helped me is doing exercise everyday-ish (I do 15min yoga weekdays/walk weekends), extra salt (liquid IV or making salt gummies works), and I use a water bottle with timestamps to make sure I'm staying extra hydrated. I also work a desk job, so wearing compression socks has helped too

Evae - A bird-like creature that can have a 27-foot wingspan, a solid beak (think shoebill stork) that sounds like thunder, and sharp tail feathers. The feathers and bones of the wings work together to produce spots of light that are stationary like stars and then explode when beak is engaged.

H'yth - an amphibious creature known to grow as big as 30 feet long. They have brightly colored skin coated in a protective slime that they use to absorb sound. Their tail is long and barbed at the end, eyes are on manipulable stalks, and rows of teeth can be rotated in either direction.

Larys - large wolf-like creatures with impenetrable white fur, diamond/quartz-like gems studded throughout pelt, same gems for teeth, green cat-like eyes. They always stay dry in the rain, never leave prints, and can teleport at will. Communicates with chirps and clicks.

Yeah, I’d love for it to be something that’s collaborative. Bluesky doesn’t have group chat yet, but maybe there’s another place we could try first? Like IG, Facebook, WhatsApp, Discord? It would depend on what works best for people

I haven’t had much luck getting people together locally, so I’m looking to connect with other writers wherever I can! I want to put together something friendly and open-minded and supportive but still open to critiques (as long as they’re constructive)
