They just can't handle PEAK.
From what I've seen the main issue with the switch 1 version is pop in, but you get a steady framerate which is a huge improvement.
And I def haven't noticed that on switch 2, so for allowing it to be run on a last gen console that's a very fair tradeoff imo.
