By 33 I've already had three borderline life threatening medical emergencies, so no avoiding the ER for me, unfortunately. A lot of it really is down to luck.

There was the time I thought I broke my ribs...prolly shoulda slept that one off instead. Going to the ER for that was pretty dumb, but eh.
