every hour or so my dissociating ass is like wow i feel terrible, did i miss my meds? am i dehydrated? is my blood sugar off? am i getting sick? nah babe the problem is that the air isn't breathable

i've posted 3 things in thd last hour then deleted them bc my perfectionism noticed something wrong, while helping my mum cook, then i sent this to my husband unprompted bc i forgot i'd asked him about the pants he's making 🫠
