There's no place for "reasons" in a genuine amend. Our traumas may explain our behavior, but they don't excuse the pain we caused. Real amends are simple: I accept what I did hurt you. I genuinely regret my actions. I want to make this right... 🌅

There's no place for "reasons" in a genuine amend. Our traumas may explain our behavior, but they don't excuse the pain we caused. Real amends are simple: I accept what I did hurt you. I genuinely regret my actions. I want to make this right... 🌅
