Well shit. That's a lot less than I expected. This was one of the first 3 albums I bought as a kid - Nirvana: In Utero, NiN: Pretty Hate Machine, and Tom Petty: Wildflowers. I bought these with my first check from my first real job at the local library. I feel I need this

Lots of options these days in blue though? Here's two, but there seems to be a new one every couple sets. Between this and bounce/counters, I'm not sure blue has any issues with commanders

This one is a classic, and there are a few versions that are comparable. Also anything with a "punisher" mechanic that he can get value from will be solid.

Biggest barrier is usually how to make it fun. The other is not obsessing - I'll polish a deck way beyond reason if I'm into it.
