I wonder if Macklemore ever wrote a followup banger about how it’s ok to pay $50 for a tshirt if the shirt is ethically made and sustainably sourced and maybe has a cool band logo or clever meme on it.

I don't usually post about sports, but dang if Buck Bokai isn't having a heck of a year. Such a fantastic acquisition for the Kings.

There's a deli around the corner that serves wraps (chicken caesar, turkey club) and burrito bowls (barbacoa, carnitas, fajita) but doesn't make burritos, and it's breaking my brain. I wonder what they would do if I ordered a burrito bowl, asked for a tortilla on the side, and then rolled it myself.

Nobody asked for it. We did it anyway.

If you ever used Winamp during the later years, it had an awesome, awesome visualizer called Milkdrop. The Webamp people implemented a workalike called Butterchurn.

Internet Archive now supports Webamp and Butterchurn. Just click on the llama!

A show with characters from two different cultures learning to love each other? You mean Dharma and Greg at Tenagra?

D+/Hulu sub is over. Won't bother starting OMitB Season 5 because I won't be able to finish it. Oh well, life goes on.

The whole Iran Contra aside in OMitB S2E5 is so good. Just two characters riffing on something nerdy utterly disconnected from the plot for like, a minute.

Happy heavenly birthday Ms. Marsha. Rest in eternal power (and smite the enemies of your people)

Today would've been Marsha P. Johnson's 80th birthday. She spent her life advocating for LGBTQ people, youth experiencing homelessness, and people living with HIV.

Artist Osaze Akil Stigler honored Marsha with this panel as part of our Freedom to Be quilt on the National Mall earlier this year.
