Sometimes I wonder what my high school classmates think since we had that one discussion and I said "If companies broke the law they'd throw money at their problems and it would go away"

Spent probably 1 hour trying to start zomboid with the wife, forgot to change to build 42, spent another hour dying before we even saw eachother, had to stay up 2h trying to get a double bed in the shack we were gonna live in only for us to conclude we are restarting today

Another year closer to the age where I thought my life would be over. I am greatful for how my life have turned out. It was 10 years ago I started actually talk and get help with my mental health and without doing that I fear I would never have done any of the things I have accomplished

Halloween is not a thing celebrated over here in Sweden really (unless you are in a big city) and we had our first ever trick or treaters today which was fun. I guess the carved pumpkins were not only liked by us!

Me and the wife are gonna be carving pumpkins tomorrow I bought two that are around 5,5kg in total so anyone got any idea what to do with all that excess pumpkin I would appreciate the suggestions

Crazy to me how some of the most dookie-dog-shit games have some of the best lore out there imo and it doesn't help that listening to said lore makes me want to play them even though I have tried multiple times to give them honest shots

The stark contrast between the way my wife @teddythatdraws.bsky.social (left) and I (right) build in games is astounding I am glad I have someone to carry the aesthetics becuase I would never havve even come close to how well she does it

It is insane to my how I haven't been able to enjoy Minecraft since like beta 1.4 and I ABSOLUTELY cannot play it modded but somehow I can sink so many hours into vintage story I forget to eat and not find it tedious at all

Me and the wife finished Abiotic Factor yesterday and I have mixed feelings
50h put in and most of it was frustration, I don't think the ending was satisfying yet I KNOW it is a good game. This achievement sums up the grind
Would I recommend it? Yeah but just gather everything you see trust me

Thanks to the weekend trip visiting the wife's family my TikTok feed is just full of South Africans and I am getting excited about the Biltong and other snacks we got just wish we could have taken some boerwors with us not sure if literally any local butcher could make it here

Been spending the weekend with my wife, her parents and her grandparents and I fucking love sharing cultures it has to be one of my favourite things in the world and I couldn't be happier about both learning about her culture and sharing mine with her family and it makes me feel so happy
