Log into netflix.com/more > Manage Account > Edit Settings > Playback Settings > Untick all ‘Autoplay Controls’ ☺️

I would recommend removing the default ‘connectivity’ group from Control Center and replacing it with individual controls. Makes it much easier to change wifi network and other settings without needing to long-press twice.
