Trying to do comms again has been an experiment to get the hang of it again, it's a little sad so much of my time has been taken up by other stuff in my life I didn't expect.. when I really do have the motivation to work now.

set aside a specific schedule ahead of time by a week or two for "work" like commissions are job you clock in and out of. never break this boundary
do not set goals like "this comm done on tuesday." its just a timeslot for either doing work or not
