"but then i have to go and find the variable" it is. a short piece of code. for use on an arduino. it took us two minutes to find the variable and change it to what we needed

and "its fine if people check the code and fix it up" isnt a strong argument when ive literally witnessed people jump right back to ai to change a single variable. in my own lab group. and i had to fight to get us to just go back and change the one variable by hand

yeah its obnoxious. also that if you dont copy your file before you head to endgame then when you beat it your manual save will be overwritten and it also autosaves so your file is just dead
