Job seekers in NYC deserve to know how employers use AI tools to screen their applications. My new audit found NYC Dept. of Consumer & Worker Protection could do more to enforce local law, track applicant complaints + ensure a fair hiring process.

The value of the state pension fund reached $291.4 billion at the end of the second quarter of State Fiscal Year 2025-26, with fund investments returning an estimated 4.13% for the quarter.
