Accidentally ticked off "bathe" on my Finch app before I'd done it- now going to have a hate shower. Haaaaaaaaaate. Also going to do more stretching once I've dressed - hello to my quads and calves, be with you in a few!

Yesterday evening, view of the St Pancras Clocktower at dusk. Was physically comfortable temperature-wise to be out. Spent the afternoon lying down in the dark indoors waiting for when it was ok to move outdoors. Meds and fat make it hard for me to regulate my temperature

Euro, U-Bahnstation and now Café. I am learning German casually and just for the points really. #Duolingo won't accept my pronunciations of these words and it's so frustrating! I can get it to accept Euro if I say it in a really slow and exaggerated way.

Every time. Currently in despair mode pre shower. Often have deathy thoughts in the shower. When I say often, I mean usually! Will do counting backwards from 299, and a little bit of self-hate

Anxious me thinks sitting in the cold getting colder thinking about all the things I'm anxious about is preferable to spending money on a hot drink and warming up/calming down before I go to the supermarket. Writing this helps me see the unhelpful behaviour

I ventured out to Hilly Fields after getting overloaded around Borough Market. I appreciated the hills! Also swapped kit with the lovely Charlie. Quite a few unique caps #ingress

Preface: am safe & can risk assess myself w this stuff. Ideation not plan. Just so many suicidal thoughts. Getting dressed after a bath or shower makes me want to die, as do a lot of other "boring" tasks where my hands need to be in use (that is, I can't be distracting myself in multiple ways).
