so i’m really sorry to anyone who expects me to be my normal, goofy, unserious self because i just can’t be that right now.

my dog being sick now on top of this… because two weeks ago my dog was perfectly healthy and almost overnight things changed and now i have to prepare myself to make the call sooner than i ever expected. and ironically my grandpa LOVES my dog, so for this to be happening simultaneously is so heavy.

in just a year my grandpa can no longer drive a car, hold his phone, feed himself, swallow or breathe on his own without difficulty, and most recently has begun to lose his ability to walk. these upcoming holidays will most likely be our last. ALS progresses so fast and is such a thief.
