Once upon a time, we rescued/adopted two calico sisters that were almost identical. I named them "Scylla" and "Charybdis".
And, yes, they turned out to be little monsters.
The only way I could tell them apart when they were kittens was Scylla had a more pronounced gray stripe on her head.

He had had a long life, w/ last couple yrs on a special iodine-free diet (overactive thyroid) & made vet history as cat w/ latent feline leukemia was activated by thyroid meds.
He was a strange critter but I still miss him.
