Yeah! Luckily nothing is lost in the end besides a bit of time but for small artists, even a small amount of money not coming through can have a big impact. Especially if it’s not easy to just go post and get another comm to make up for it.

That’s where I’m at now, and it was a fair bit of money that would have helped a lot this month. I never count the money as mine until the comm is done, but if the person tells me they price is fine and they’re going to pay, I tend to include it in my budget until I know otherwise 🥲
