I think this injunction applies to NSBA members. SB owners who already filed get 0️⃣ back & probably lose their filing fees & costs. Safe than sorry, CTA compliance avoids financial and criminal penalties for failure to file. But, if the ruling on unconstitutional ripples out that will be interesting.
