Been in Thailand since x-mas eve, done some light workout at various locations we been to. Currently in Koh Chang where my brother and I been running barefoot on the beach. Also probably lost all my bulk progress so that's ass

Did two work out sessions today. The second one (the 1½ hour one) was spontaneous and I just wanted to try out my gyms advanced class. Broke some PRs so I am overall really happy.
Sadly I have also lost over a kilo of weight even if I have been consuming over 3.2k calories a week now. The fuck.

Missed signing up to Hyrox CPH by a week or two. Already full. Stockholm it is (It was just this last weekend so that's a long time)

Eminem and The Midnight had been on my Spotify wrapped since they started with the thing. HEALTH latest album of last year has been an obsession, especially for raiding and biking to the gym.

Guess I will give this a try too.

Time for some Fitness ego posting or something. Left picture was taken in mid July. About a month into my training and diet. About 92kg started at 98 at June 4th. Right Picture I am about 82/83kg in mid october. Haven't felt this healthy since I was in track and field as a young kid.
