EndeavourOS? Arch-based, and for the most part, just lets you run it as Arch in general, but makes installation not an old GameFAQs walkthrough with ASCII art.

Yeah, there are ways to make it super heavy-duty, like using literal carbon fiber filament or using resin printers, which do still print layers, but they get directly fused together with UV light as part of the printing process.

However, I don't have enough experience with either method.

Not to mention, layerlines can be ugly. Thankfully, most primer fillers can fix that issue, and then a covering with resin not only brings out the shine, but adds a stupid high durability factor.

But as a heavy duty contender? Still not great unless you do like 50% infill or something.

Depends on how its printed and what materials. PLA tends to just snap apart, while ABS and PETG tend to be more flexible. However, all that doesn't matter if you print where the layerlines are perpendicular to where most force will be, since that's the weakest spot(s).

Huh, give it a few passes with spraypaint, splash of resin for an outershell, and this could easily be 3D printed. I'm at ANE atm, so I can't offer anything, but printing a batch of them for backup purposes would be a breeze.
