No, and no. The crew gets on the ham radio in their personal off-time. We don't know in advance on the ground.

Final reminder: Use these frequencies: 437.800 MHz down (+/- doppler shift) and 145.990 up with a CTCSS of 67 Hz. And don't call for NA1SS, just work them if you hear them active.
