despite how rough sleep's been in general for me, i am glad the roaring tinnitus that leads into a psychedelic level of dread that makes me believe demons are present in my room and are about to kill me, has subsided (99%)

this is…incredibly hard for me to post, and I’m so sorry to be asking for help again, but I lost my cat very suddenly overnight and the unexpected expenses of pet cremation are hitting me very hard right after having to drop half my paycheck on a doctor visit.
