She attracted too much love from a recent young human & has decided she no longer enjoys being touched. Fair enough too, dare say I’d have the same reaction.

Has babysitting ever been this cute!? 🥰 I kinda want their forever home to be mine… but it’s not a clever choice to have more than one male in a breeding program.
So, can everyone pls remind me that I can’t be greedy & keep them! 😂

They are absolutely the perfect picture of all their 7 week old adorable-ness. Close up of the ombré kitten’s face. Dark Grey nose that fades into the palest of grey shades (looks white in the photo). His bright blue eyes are looking towards the camera but not at it. Close up of the other male with the pale ginger & grey face. His nose is ginger & bleeds across the left side of his face along his lip & under his eye. The grey shade cuts the right side of his nose & deepens just below his right eye. A wooden background can be seen & he’s standing on my pillow. His bright blue eyes are looking upwards & to the left, as I rustled a packet of lollies to get his attention for the photo lol

I know we are not meant to have favourites… but this is the real world 😅😅

She’s ever so affectionate & is always seeking loving hands. She’s also a little chatter box just like me. How can I not adore that face? Belonging to this fluff ball makes me melt 🥰

My Little Miss squishy face was able to lie down for a nap on my shoulders. She’ll be hard pressed to sit on them now 😂
Russian Blue kitten, distracted from bathing for a photo. She is standing in front of a glass door on a run almost the same shade of grey as she is. Through the glass door can be seen a brick pathway with a mat pushed to the side thanks to puppies 😅🤷‍♀️

I probably should celebrate the fact her motherly instincts kick in enough to sit on her babies & keep them warm… it’s the only instinct she seems to have this time round, even though sitting ON them isn’t what she should be doing 🤔

Mumma cat sitting on her babies inside the nesting box… babies can’t be seen with her on top of them. Mumma is white & ginger, she is in a black carry box with a green Sherpa lined blanket to keep the babies warm when her motherly instincts disappear again!

Persian kitten, five days old, asleep in my hand after a huge bottle feed. This teeny tiny baby is mostly white with a tiny ginger patch on their forehead, they have other ginger patches but their Dad didn’t get a look in on colours! Being a ‘cat Mum’ is tiring work… tag teaming with ‘cat Dad’ so I can go to sleep now lol

Five days ago my cat had babies, while they may be the cutest little things I am so darn exhausted from taking over the duty of feeding their squishy little faces!

Wow do I wish she had even a little of a motherly instinct!

Only a few weeks more of feeding them Jen. Only a few weeks more!

An evening in the Greenhouse looks so very different from the day time 😜

Afternoon well spent in ‘therapy session’. Aka outdoors mounting orchids & making a new little dish planter. Now I’m a happy little miss again 😜
Blue bowl planter with a small branch mounted with an Orchid, Philodendron, Hoya, Bromeliad pup, Dischidia, Rabbits Foot Ferns, Tillandsia (Spanish Moss), Tree Moss (Club Moss) & lichen. All ready to grow up & continue looking pretty on my coffee table 😍 Close up of the orchid seedling that will one day (in 3 or so years!!) have tiny white flowers to pop against the green & hints of red. Red tips of the Dischidia (Million Hearts Plant) can be seen on the bottom corner & the Hoya can be seen on the other side in front of the red backed Philodendron Micans leaves.

These two princesses had their vaccines today and now for the first time they’re snuggling together in the basket.

The other is a Russian Blue & at 2months old she looks like a tiny toy beside her fluffy friend in the basket 😂 can’t see either kittens face… one has her back to the camera the other has her face buried in the others back. Close up of my Russian Blue kitten who moved after the first photo to show her tiny little face. She is squinting her little eyes at me wishing to be left alone to sleep again.

Calico coloured, long hair, Persian kitten approx 3mths old. Her golden amber eyes are closed while she tries to sleep on dark blue fleece blanket… all while her human is taking photos of her cuteness lol 😝 She got up & moved to my lap as I was photographing… message received little miss, you want to sleep so I’ll stop 🫡

All due to the newest addition to our family… a short haired Russian Blue, who I might add is barely half the size of miss grumpy face here 😂😂 “The offender” causing the grumpiest face I ever did see… pictured is my short haired, flat face Russian Blue kitten who is only 9 weeks old.
