Even though we drew last night, our start to L1 life is quite satisfying. In previous years, we've struggled against the top sides, instead picking up point vs lower opposition. This time:

Quote an open , entertaining game tbf, either side could have won it. Guilty of missing a few good chances and a couple of great goals scored today by both sides. Shame our 100% home record went, but that's football. Onto Stevenage #bcafc

Great to come away with a win last night, but still 13 games left and a lot of points available. Thought we showed great persistence, pushing for the win, and were rewarded late on. Onto Salford, another tough game. #bcafc

Back home and a comfortable 3pts. Terrible ref. Glad we got that second goal, and another clean sheet. Hope the injuries to Pattison and Crichlow are nothing to worry about. Tues is a must win game IMO, considering how tight that table is. One game at a time. #bcafc

Excited today. Notts Co away for #bcafc. Which means, living in Nottingham, I don’t have to drive to get to a game and can just jump on a bus! Into ‘em City.

Right. Off to Crewe then, one of the shorter trips for me. Not sure I’m looking forward to it tbh. We’re not on form. Poor recent record there: 3 visits and 3 defeats. And today, no Andy Cook.

Four year anniversary. I’m not actually a Sparks hater , I feel sorry for him. Rupp has appointed a yes man in the role to carry out his instructions - “don’t go bust / get relegated” . Rupp has to go and due to him being complicit, RS along with him. #bcafc
