Hey! Thanks for the link. I've looked at this thread back when I was trying to build an efficient Raptor Lake system. So far my experience seems to match with yours – the board gets to C8-C10, but as soon as you plug anything into the CPU-connected PCIe port, you're stuck at C3.

Funny thing is – they often do. But most people stumble upon them while walking around the city, see the queue, think „wow, the food must be really good“, and queue up too. After 30 minutes, the FOMO is already too strong to back out.
