I have a full time job. I already claim UC to top up my income. WTF has happened to housing? Social housing isn’t an option. Unfortunately I work for a charity and have been supporting families who are living in temp accommodation, so I know I’m not going to get on any lists. It’s so screwed up

And moving costs. I can’t do it. Friends and family have been really kind and offered to lend me money but the problem is I would still have to pay it back whilst paying 40% more rent on top of bills etc. Even if they gifted it to me money would be so tight every month that I wouldn’t have a life.

I usually DM for younger teenagers and I let them know before we begin that I want them to have a really good time and they can help me and each other by putting their phones aside and finding ways to show me that they’re listening. They’re always incredible and engage beautifully ❤️
