Not really obscure, or offbeat, but just while I’m here it reminds me I heard Kelly Flint in NZ once, but I thought she was totally out-done by a Samoan (?) with a big jazz voice whose name I didn’t catch, who I thought was the support act covering the mid-session break in Kelly’s performance 😀

Still nothing in media, so I imagine there is some wrinkle to this. No idea what that might be, but journalists don’t hold off pitching stuff like this.

If you’re going to prevent a future battle, or nasty disease, you’re much better off if your body is well trained so it can spring into action sooner rather than later, before an infection gets too involved and becomes life-threatening.

A vaccine is like a mugshot of a violent offender you want your immune system to train itself to recognise, and knock down if it sees it again.

(It can help if vaccines are just annoying enough to attract attention. Adjuvants are sometimes added to help with this.)
