Out of £97.19 about £50 is taken by packaging materials, postage & import fees to the US. Materials come to about £30. This leaves roughly £20 for my time &/or profit.

£100 (+ postage) for my lamps already feels like overcharging, but the way Etsy works is making it almost unfeasible.

£143.44 down to £97.19, including the £16.20 they took (12% of the order) 'cos the sale came from an offside advert, which I a) never asked for b) can't opt out of as far as I know and c) can't verify besides directly asking the buyer.
