Don’t like posting personal info. Safe to say that I am an AF Vet, retired (power gen), read way too many books, love live loud music (pop-punk, metalcore), ex news junkie, not a cult member.

That’s not my pic, it’s a fucking Marshall stack.

In 2008/09 my son was in a band that played Chain twice. (long hair dude in pic)

One of his band mates from Catalina Burning went on to play gigs around the world and has released multiple albums with Movements.

The last band to perform.

Words fail in times such as the loss of a loved one.

Sorry for your loss just seems so inadequate.

Write her a letter. Keep it.

From a letter to my daughter:

It is said that time heals all wounds.
Eff that, my pain has become a dear friend.

We have traveled together, my grief and I, for 34 years. Time has dulled the rough edges, has made it so that I can smile when I think of you, not cry.

Relayer and Tales are my favorite Yes releases.

Don’t get the negative response to these albums.

I see people post about certain types of music, times of music - that nothing is good anymore.

I am 69 and am always finding new music that blows me away.

Some very good stuff out there.
