You can’t stream what is a simultaneous broadcast live; the only question being whether it’s a broadcast as defined by the Communications Act 2003 section 361. This defines a broadcast. And this is a wireless transmission.

Essentially, no you can stream everything without a licence except if 1 it’s a BBC programme on iplayer and 2 you’re watching it simultaneously with a broadcast. So, you can stream live except if it’s simultaneously on Freeview, Freevee, Freesat, or Skydish. Cont

2 if you, for example, watched Coronation Street on ITV you needed a licence but if you streamed it you didn’t. These 2 loopholes were closed by Statutory Instrument 2016/704 cont…..

For years a tv licence has been required to watch broadcast television; the definition of which goes back to the wireless telegraph act. However, 2 loopholes existed. 1. You could watch BBC programmes on iplayer without tv licence cont…

Someone’s clearly had a sense of humour bypass - in which case it’s discriminatory against my culture of taking the ‘p’ out of politicians so can I complain about the writer for offending me?

Still trolling Mr Farage; you must be really frightened.
November 21, 2025 at 4:44 PM
He should be penalised for taking away peoples liberty.
November 21, 2025 at 4:42 PM

November 21, 2025 at 4:41 PM
Still trolling Elon then

There are no popular economics as everyone will have to pay more and receive less because they trashed an already weak economy

You can’t force countries to do something their citizens don’t want; that’s democracy
November 21, 2025 at 7:23 AM
I can literally hear the bottom of the barrel being scraped. All anti Farage yet never mention of Starmer and his rentboys.

When you’re living a nightmare the past often feels like a dream. Given we’re currently in a nightmare most people are dreaming of Blair and Thatcher.
November 21, 2025 at 7:15 AM
I agree but it’s not nearly as bad as a government not following it’s manifesto commitments
November 20, 2025 at 6:19 PM
It was a crime against civil liberties - never again should people be imprisoned in their own home.
November 20, 2025 at 6:18 PM
He demonstrably doesn’t believe in democracy given reducing unlawful migration was a key Labour Party manifesto pledge.

…….because they’re already writing slop and AI does slop very well for zero money!

Yeah, those supporting the misogynistic, theocratic, antisemitic homophobes who don’t support individual liberties like the Palestinians are no longer friends as must reach the very low bar of at least supporting liberal democracies in disputes. Fortunately l, that’s only one neighbour blackballed.
November 20, 2025 at 7:17 AM
Given all social surveys show they’re typically theocratic, misogynist homophobes with no respect for liberties and freedoms they’re not the type of people to look at with mercy.
November 20, 2025 at 7:12 AM
They would say that; not a convincing negotiating position
November 20, 2025 at 7:10 AM
Luckily we have a prime minister who has pledged to smash the smuggling gangs so unless you have zero faith in the Labour Party you shouldn’t be concerned by this.

There are no claims of racism, only some of religious bias (which are exactly the same as those of Jeremy Corbyn)

This has nothing to do with Trump, it’s how it’s always been in the US, by choice of the voters
