Agreed! I recently noticed palm oil is in an organic veggie stalk cube I was purchasing for soups! It’s insidious. As you said, read your labels! 🌱💚

Yes well said! Although most animals suffer in factory farms (aka concentration camps) the free range, grass fed, “ethically” farmed animals are horrifically betrayed in the end by humans. We as Shepherds and Stewards of this planet have failed miserably!

It’s difficult to watch what we do to animals in factory farms. And I agree approaching discomfort rather than avoiding it is the path to change and then ultimately healing. For all. 💚🌱
