made some pulled pork chili today 😋

you could say that “no man’s sky” is an incredible good game and i think you would be correct
a screenshot of the video game no man’s sky. there is a ship with solar sails backlit by the system’s star. three planets are visible on the screen to the bottom left, just right of but behind the ship, and in the top right a planet with rings similar to saturn’s. the image is very blue with a lot of lens flares, for the cool factor. shoutouts to the ancient bajorans and ben & jake sisko.

i committed culinary crimes; i used a mirepoix when making a masala that i then cooked marcella beans in, like they were chickpeas

yesterday we made rainbowplantlife’s sofritas and some frijoles de ollo. today i made hoecakes and we had it all together for lunch!

yesterday i made rainbow plant life’s chickpea curry and it was super good! so much chopping prep though

today was the first farmers market of the season and @cinnri.bsky.social picked up some really awesome leafy veg

so i made a potato/carrot/leafs soup with chickpeas in it for lunch! the leaves had that pH thing when we added lemon juice
