we're derusting our kitbashing skills by making a mech for a potential game we're gonna be in. i hope to also make a different color palette that references the lunar chimera from risk of rain 2, speed is war after all.
A large, bulky mech painted primarily dark grey and red highlighting, with some white. The legs are large and have wheels built in at the foot and knee joint, designed to be able to shift to wheel based movement for extra speed. In each hand is a large multi barreled autocannon, the barrels painted gleaming white. attached to the back is a large ammo drum, and larger tertiary arm holding a shield that can protect others. steam shoots out the sides, using heat produced by the rapidly cycling guns to create a smokescreen for allies. its eye glints red under a ww1 style hemet. the same mech, now in wheel form,. it has a lower center of mass since its legs have unfolded, but otherwise the same.

Might as well post the art we do, we like doing 'digital kitbash' (read, taking a bunch of gray scale parts and mashing them together + coloring) art for a mech ttrpg called lancer, and here's some of my favorite pieces we've done:
A collage of 14 pixel art mechs of varying sizes, shapes, and colors. Some are dark with a complementary color, a couple are white + complementary, and some more are full of colors, mostly blues and oranges because those go really well together. Several have jets protruding from the back, actively spurting out flames, and some have portals they are appearing from, others still have external hacking/targeting UIs A black, blue, and "Bone color" mech with a large katana held in hand and slung over shoulder, alongside a massive revolver in its other hand. Its legs are unguligrades and end in hooves. A grey and muted blue mech, having just appeared through a large rift behind it and skidding across the ground. It has two large, glowing fans on its back, and is currently aiming down a large designated marksman rifle. A yellow and teal mech with massive bow and similarly massive sword, accompanied by a floating dragon/insect like drone, the mech and drone are obscured by a massive cloud of nanites. Additionally, the bow's bowstring seems to be formed of nanites, and the sword is coated in the stuff, appearing to change its shape slightly.
