Okay let’s try the graphics again. The graph is of the relationship between family income and life expectancy. The map shows with dark red the worst, that if you are poor where you live has a significant impact on your live expectancy.

Of course it is not quite this simple. The first graph shows the relationship between family income and life expectancy in America. The map shows that where the poor live in America matters greatly to life expectancy.

I encourage everyone who cares about the issue of homelessness in America to read the article from NPR and then the fact sheet from the United Way. But always remember homelessness reflects America back at itself.

As a farmer and rancher I want to post two charts for all the non farmers. The first shows how the vast majority of farms (86+%) are small. The second shows farm median household
income for different sized farms and shows how little income small farmers make from farm operations.

Do you really think these 1,600,000 farmers are rich, the 86.1%? The ones with Gross Cash Farm Incomes of less than $350,000. Notice how almost none of their family income comes from farming.

As a “rich” farmer I voted against my self interest, voting the Democratic ticket 100%. I do want to point out however, you and the New Republic are wrong.

Every year we plant more perennial plants that are native to here in East Central Alberta. In the foreground are Golden Sedges (Carex aurea). Ironically, they are probably native where you live as well since they grow throughout most of North America.

You misunderstand me. I strongly support taxing churches. The meme was inaccurate, even misleading. I was additionally pointing out that few churches would oppose taxation because it wouldn’t matter to them. What is a medium sized church?
