I have thought about it, but it would be very expensive and difficult with the large windows and the number of them, and I’m not sure if I could do it while keeping the original window structure, which might violate the heritage overlay. The noise doesn’t really bother me, main road’s too far off.

I bought a double concrete apartment, I get almost no noise from my neighbours, but the number of windows, which let in natural light, also means I do get some noise from outside. But I’ll take that compromise.

First advice every experienced person told me when buying was “don’t buy anything too new”. For what else in life is that good advice? It’s wild.
